Detailedinstruments Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. This page is for contractors who want those calls. It is not a job posting. We do not hire employees for field work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent businesses that handle water damage in the Kansas City metro area. That may include:

• Water damage restoration companies
• Extraction and structural drying specialists
• Basement flood cleanup providers

You should serve homeowners and be able to take new water damage or mold service requests.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us to compare options without pressure. We ask providers to match that. Expect to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that MO and your local area require
• Give clear quotes in writing
• Explain the work in plain language
• Respect a homeowner who wants to compare
• Avoid promises you cannot keep, such as timing or insurance outcomes

You are an independent business. You set your own prices and do your own work. Detailedinstruments Restoration does not do the work and does not direct how you do it.

• The towns you serve
• Your license and insurance details
• A good contact for homeowner calls

We will review it and reply. Joining is not automatic, and fit depends on coverage needs in the area.
